Acroyoga explores yoga and playful acrobatics. We strengthen our connection to other people while we have fun, breathe, get stronger and softer.

This Acroyoga class is open for all levels and there will be plenty of time to learn all the basics. Even if you have no experience at all you can join. If you are an advanced practicioner, you can still join also and refine your skills. You can come alone or with a partner.

Teacher:
Usually Jeppe Skovgaard is teaching the class. Sometimes there’s a substitute teacher.
