Amalie Middelboe Andersen started teaching acroyoga back in 2016. She loves finding the playfulness of the acroyoga practice, as well as jumping into things and doing handstands – especially on other people’s hands.

Frida Lind Stokkebæk has been practising acroyoga for 9+ years and loves both the role of base and flyer. She has been teaching acroyoga for children and families for many years, and she is an expert in handstand long holds.

Mikkel Hansen has also been practising acroyoga for the better part of a decade, teaching here and there, as well as spending most holidays on acro retreats and acro festivals around Europe.

  • What will you learn?
Acroyoga combines yoga and acrobatics in a playful style of movement. We build strength and flexibility, we learn to balance ourselves and each other, while we laugh and play together.
This progressive course will cover the fundamentals of taking your acroyoga practice to the next level, working on washing machines, basic pops and refining techniques.
The classes will be customised to the level and wishes of the group, and will be taught in English.
This is an intermediate class for intermediate practitioners with some experience (see prerequisites).
